What Causes Fluttering Feeling On The Surgical Scar Of The Abdomen?

I am having a fluttering feeling at the bottom of my right side ribs when I lean toward. This is right above my scar from my gallbladder surgery. It started after I had my hysterectomy surgery. It travels back and forth about 6 inches in the right rib area. What can it be?
