What Causes Fluttering In Throat?

I am 39 year old female. History of SVT for which I had an ablation in 2003. In 2010 was diagnosed with mobitz type II after being investigated for dizziness and feeling like I was going to pass out. These symptoms settled and I have had no problems for a couple of years. Over the last couple of months I ve started to experience short but regular episodes of a fluttering in my throat. I have no other symptoms. Is this anything I should be concerned about? Thankyou
