What Causes Fluttering Movements In The Abdomen And Mood Swings?

Ok I got my tubes tied in 2014 and for about a week now I have been feeling a little movement going on in my lower stomach and I have been really emotional and now I have started getting sick every morning about 2 are 3 times and when I have my period I will have to for like 2 weeks and one day it will be heavy then the next day it will be light what does all that mean??
