What Causes Fluttering Sensation In Abdomen And Indigestion?

I have been experiencing weird stomach movements. On the left side of my stomach. I am 45 years old and not pregnant. I have noticed an increase in stomach bloating and some indigestion the past few months. Its not painful but feel like a baby moving around in there. Its more prominent a couple hours after I eat.
Could you please tell me what it could possibly be and if I need to visit my doctor? Thanks Christina
