What Causes Fluttering Sensation In Chest When Suffering From Atrial Fibrillation?

I was diagnosed wit hA Fib two weeks ago my rate was between 130-189 with medication it was back to normal. Today I am experiencing fluttering again. Ihave a doctor appointment on Friday. Should I just wait. I dont want to sit on a stretcher for 28 hour again because of over crowded hospitals.
