What Causes Fluttering Sensation In Heart With Eye Movement?

This is v strange...when I move my eyes sharply to one side or the other, it feels like my heart kind of flutters or skips a beat. Recent, sudden onset. Trying to figure out what may have triggered it. Recently quit smoking and switched to vaporizing. Also quit psych meds and switched to herbal tx (valerian, turmeric.) In adddition to the fluttering, I have been fatigued. Am a 37 yr old female, no comorbidities aside from mental health issues and PCOS
