What Causes Foamy Saliva In Infants Along With Difficulty In Breathing?

My little girl has very foamy saliva in her sleep and having difficulty with her inspiration through her nose. Earlier, I noticed thy she may have had an allergic reaction to a bandaid she put on herself. Could these things be related? Should I be concerned?
