What Causes Folliculitis On Vaginal Area Post Usage Of Brazilian Wax?

Hi, I got a Brazilian wax yesterday and woke up with folliculitis all over my vaginal area and I am in a ton of pain .I bought witch hazel, tea tree oil and have been applying Neosporin as well. If I go to my dermatologist tomkrrow, can he prescribe me something to get rid of this fast? It s so upsetting. Also. Any suggestions to relive the symptoms at home?
