What Causes Foot Pain While On Primolut-N For Heavy Menstrual Bleeding?

Hi I have pain in my foot and I have been taking primolut because I have the implanting and I had a period for 2 months, I stopped taking it after 4 days when my period had stopped because it was making me irritable and then my period returned this time heavier than normal and very bad cramps so I took primolut again for 1 day then it stopped and now I have pain in my foot. Do you think it's related? Thanks
