What Causes Foreskin Rash After Sexual Intercourse?

Hi. I have a red rash under my foreskin. No pain, no itchiness. I think it may be due to having sex and not drying it / washing it afterwards. Could this be the case? my girlfriend has no symptoms or anything so I don't think its sexually transmitted. Thanks
