What Causes Foreskin Swelling, Tightness And Soreness With Thigh Tenderness?

Hi, Im not so sure but I think I may have thrush. Never had it before just read up on some of the symptoms....However my foreskin has become swollen and tight and is sore to obviously pull back but bearable. I noticed this a few days ago. The foreskin does seem to have calmed down a little.......Also if I push on my groin in between the left hand side of my thigh it feels tender. Please can you advise? Thanks
