What Causes Forgetfulness?

I had a fall 1 week ago, It seem ok but I did a wield thing that i drove to my old house which has been sold last year, and didn t know what was happened, then ..I did Xrey, MRI examed yesterday the result is normal. What should I do? I used to go private dance lesson all most everyday. Now I feel fine just sometime has a headache which is abnormal. May I go dance next week?
