What Causes Formation Of Red Line On Scab Of Cut In Wrist?

I had a cut by my wrist I picked the scab today I know not good that was around 6 pm I didn t see anything but I now looked at it and I have a red line coming from it I am getting the sweats and I feel lightheaded at time and my thumb is starting to hurt
