What Causes Foul Odor From Vagina After Taking Accutane?

I have been on Accutane for 3 and a half months and about 1 month into taking the I noticed a pretty foul odor from my vagina. It only seems to occur when I am at school and it starts right after I use the bathroom in the afternoon when I get to school. Nothing has changed with my medical history except for the Accutane. I should have mentioned it to my derm but I have been embarrassed. I have tried feminin spray and wipes to help but it s not really working. What could be causing this?
