What Causes Foul Odour To Urine During Pregnancy?

Hi, i am almost nine months pregnant and my urine smells foul... The smell has been on off for months but suddenly is all the time.... I sometimes dehydrate a bit since i have had salivation throughout the pregnancy plus urgency to pee often.... Do i have to worry about this urine smell?
