What Causes Foul Smell During Urination And Passing Stools Post Carotid Artery Surgery?

Weird question but I had carotid artery surgery about a month ago. My blood pressure was off the charts I was told later but now I m wondering if the Anesthesia is what is making my gas pee and poop smelly more than normal? I m sorry to ask such a crazy question but would like to know how to fix this.
