What Causes Foul Smelling Dark Brown Colored Discharge?

hello doctor..i am 25 and weight 51 kg n my height is 5.2. i was 6 weeks pregnant n had an abortion by pills as my gyne's suggested me to.normally my periods last for 5 day but due to abortion it lasts for 6-7 days.during that period i made relation with my partner.my problem is foul smelling dark brown water like discharge...it has been 3-4 days when period stopped but discharge hasn't. is it normal?
