What Causes Foul Smelling Discharge From Vagina?

Hi iv had this problem for almost 6years now...i have vaginal discharge when bend over...its extremly foul smelling between fishy and poison...iv had multiple smear tests all clear...tho in the past i had bacterial vaginosis repeatly but now am clear...but discharge is still there...please help
