What Causes Foul Smelling Foreskin Of Penis?

Dr. Chandan Choudhary. I don't know if this is a question for a Urologist. I am a 25 year old uncircumcised male. I have been told several times that my foreskin smells and have been told that oral sex is out of the question. I do clean my penis when I shower, but it seems not to be enough. What else can I do?
