What Causes Foul Smelling Semen And Genitals?

I have a very personal question, I have a problem with...well...masterbating and I always com in tolet paper and the past week it s been smelling weird and nasty, I take showers every day at night and I don t know what it is. I also sweet down there and it s so bad I can smell it through my pants. Is there somthing wrong? Please help!
