What Causes Foul Smelling Urine After Having Sexual Intercourse?

I am a 17 year old young woman weighing 109lbs who has developed hpv about 3 months ago from unprotected sex with my boyfriend because I never had the gardisil shot. He oddly doesnt have hpv as proved in test results. I am on birth control (shot every 3 months) im due for abother shot july 17 and the other night he ejaculated inside of me. Now my pee smells like medicine. Is that because of the sperm and why?
