What Causes Foul Smelling Urine Along With Increased Blood Pressure?

I have been experiencing unusually fowl smelling urine and an increase in my blood pressure. I ve also been experiencing hot flashes. The last time I went to my doctor, he advised that there is blood in my urine, but after sending a culture to the lab, apparently all is ok.
