What Causes Foul Smelling Urine And Fatigue?

Dear Doctor, I am 24 year old female, from the past 2 days I am feeling a pungent smell while urinating. I am also feeling lethargic through out the day. Last month I suffered from bacterial vaginosis, for which I have not taken any medicines but not showing anymore symptoms(cured it through home remedy). Kindly tell me about this strange situation. I never had this before.
