What Causes Foul Smelling Vaginal Discharge After Using Crystal Methamphetamine?

I have a friend she's been using crystal for a month every 2-3 days she takes a break for 2days. Anyhow, she has water leaking from her vagina and it smells kinda foul but also like meth. She has great hygene and eats as much as possible. How can she help the smell if anything?
