What Causes Foul Smelling Vomit And Light Green Stools In A Child?

My five year old has been vomiting sporaticly for a few weeks. At times it smells foul and almost looks brown. This is my third child and I have never experienced this. Also her stool has been light colored and alight green color. 15 to 30 minutes later she acts fine.
