What Causes Foul Smelling Vomiting With History Of Pancreatic Cancer?

I was previously diagnose with pancreatic cancer, but after surgery and chemotherapy I was told that the cancer was in remission. Later on, around 8-9 months later I began vomiting for several days at a time. Now the new thing is vomiting something green with foul taste and smell. I also experience heart racing, confusion, and insomnia.
