What Causes Fractured Rib Along With Pain While Deep Breathing?

Chest X ray I had for chest congestion reveal 7th rib is fractured Also Have Trouble At Times Taking A Deep breath a very deep cough I also fell a few months ago when I had siatic causing my foot to give out I also had r lobe tumor removed stage one small cell almost 10 years ago just need some advice pleasew
