What Causes Freckles On Penis Head?

I noticed some small freckle like things appeared on my penis head. I haven't been sexually active in over a year nd was wondering what these could be. I did quit masturbation a couple of weeks ago because I would binge and it became unhealthy. Should I get these checked out
