What Causes Freezing, Chills, Fever, Coughing With Phlegm, Headaches And Neck Aches?

On Sunday late afternoon, out of the blue my Husband started not feeling very well.. shortly there after he stated he was freezing, major chills and had a temp of 99.3 His normal temp is 97.3 He has been sick now for 4 days. Chills off and on, coughing, (with phlem) headache,. neckache, temp varies thru out the day.... At times he says he is freezing, yet he is sweating at the forhead and his feet are white and like ice. Beentreating him with Theraflu-D as suggested by a Pharmacist........ What else can we do?? He is miserable We just got approved for insurance but we have no Family Dr
