What Causes Frequent And Burning Urination While On Fertisure?

Hi,
I want to conceive. My doctor suggest Fertisure F for me and Fertisure M for my husband. My husband's semen count is less 4milion.
After taking Fertisure F, I feel bit pain in urinal and I feel of frequent urine ( but having less urine everytime).

Should I continue Fertisure F? Or is it normal side effect of this medecine.
