What Causes Frequent Attacks Of Migraines And Tremors?

hello i'm 19 years old and iv been having theses sever migraines every day for a while now no one will do anything for me? I also am having trouble sleeping, i get Tremors, poor balance. i have really dry skin. I just need help for the migraines they are starting to kill me to the point where i cant do anything.,
