What Causes Frequent Black Outs After Being Hit On Head?

I hit my head hard enough. to break the wall probly about 2 months ago, I have a bad memory so I can't remember for sure, we didn't go to the doctors or any thing, but I've been black out quite a bit like weekly I only did once a couple years befor then. what should I do?
