What Causes Frequent Bladder Infections And Heart Palpitations?

I am having frequent bladder infections, and numbness in legs, also tingling SENSATION in the nerves of arms and legs. I also have a few nodules on my thyroid, my THS comes back normal, My dr tells me Im fine since bloodwork comes back normal. I also have been having a lot of heart palpitations. Can you give me any direction or advice?
