What Causes Frequent Body Pain Along With Yellow Urine?

Hi Doctor, Frequently I am getting Leg,Arm,boday pains and armpit pains. Since 3months I've been suffering from cold. Sometimes, it is very high and sometimes it is too cool. Since 4months, my urine is coming in yellow color. Sometimes, dry cough is coming. Are these symptoms of TB? Pain at neck...Could you please tell me what is my problem.
