What Causes Frequent Bowel Movement?

Hello sir ... Actually this is regarding the bowel movement ... The frequency of my bowel is high ... Around 3-5 times daily with undigested food can be seen within ... There is no pain in the abdomen area ... But I feel uneasy after the bowel is passed ... Feel like to go again and again ... Get the feeling of urgency before the passing it ... Continuous flow of gases after passing the bowel ... Can you please let me know what kind of problem I am facing ?
