What Causes Frequent Bowel Movements Just After Having Food?

Everything I eat goes right thru me. I m 60 and his positive. Can t be five feet from toilet. Live on 5th floor of high rise building. Can t take my dog out , can t control my bowels . Please help me, saw my son and daughter in law 2 days ago n they have flu for past week.
