What Causes Frequent Bowel Movements?

Hi I am a 40 yr old woman who is healthy. The last few months ive been experiencing going to the toilet more frequently. Despite it not being diarroah or constipation it breaks off towards the end and I cant seem to get the last bit out resulting in feeling uncomfortable and bloated?
