What Causes Frequent Breast Pain?

gud mrn Drs..i was having breats pain during april and ultrasound was done and was normal.Dr told it is fibrodenoma and suggested to take GLA..for 1 month..again it started on last september and pain usually starts on 12th day of my periods..this time also scanning done and it was normal..now Dr told to take premense as its a premenstual syndrome only..plz advice me
