What Causes Frequent Change In Pupil Size?

My pupils in both eyes are changing very rapidly. Someone pointed it out to me and I looked myself and even when I'm not blinking they appear to be dilating and getting smaller very consistently and rapidly. Vision seems to be fine but I have a migraine.
