What Causes Frequent Cold And Sore Throat With Blood Stained Nasal Discharge?

Hi there I am currently experiencing unusual symptoms and am afraid to go to the doctor for fear of hearing the worst. I would be most grateful if you could review my symtoms and give me an indiction of what may be the cause. My symtoms are as follows: - Bruising on my thighs. These bruises are small scattered group of identical bruises the the top of the outside of both thighs. - I have noticed traces of blood in my tissues after I blow my nose. This is a first for me. - Generally feeling a bit run down and have a susceptability to catching colds/sore throats over the last month.
