What Causes Frequent Dizzy Spells While Having Headache?

I get random dizzy spells if I move to quickly. Sometimes when I have a headache the spells are moer frequent. Today, I was walking on a pathway and out of no where I felt dizzy and thought I might puke. I have had a few sinus infections this year and wondered if maybe the last one never totally went away. I am tired often and wasnt sure if maybe this was the cause of an underling issue. Please help
