What Causes Frequent Flatulence And Lower Abdomen Pain?

i think im pregnant but my belly is not hard i would 15 weeks but now my belly feels like bubbles popping in the inside then sometimes they lead to flatulence .and the quickenings come evvery once in a while my abodomen and my lower back hurts when i sit down can i be pregnant
