What Causes Frequent Giddiness?

I'm having giddiness problem when i woke up in
morning once in a month i get giddinees wolrd looks round unable to stand also total vertigo.can u pls tell me what can be the cause.My age is 32 years weight 90 height 5'11.this problem exsist since 8 years.
