What Causes Frequent Headache And Constipation?

Hi, If there is headache frequently on one side or both side then what must be the reason

to my brother...His age is 25...This problem is usually after coming from office...



I also have a motion problem...Sometimes I have constipation and sometimes loose motion...Usually after food i need to go Bathroom....

My mouth stinks when I dont eat anything for sometime....Please suggest reason and whats the permanent solution..
