What Causes Frequent Headache And Vomiting?

i get headache very frequently.the only solution is taking a combiflame.it cures my headache immediately.i m confused whether my headache is due to migraine or a sinus.i usually suffer on the left side of my head.if i dont take a combiflam i have to face a really severe headache which may last upto 48 hrs followed by a motion and a omitting.but i feel i am over using combiflam.please advice
