What Causes Frequent Headaches And Neck Pain?

Hi! I am 27 years old. I will be 28 years old next week. I started to have headaches one day January 6th 2014. Since then I have pretty much headaches everyday. I have 3-4 days in february 2014 that i didn t have headaches since the start but since then it is everyday. They did an MRI in january 2014, a CT scan in March 2014 of the head but they didn t find anything. They only told me I have a little cloud shaped in the head which is associated with migrainous people. I had a miscarrage in november 2013. My first menstruation after that were january 3th. I had a little more stress than usual before the headaches started. They tried Prozaz, Cimbalta, Amitryptiline and right now I am on Elavil 25 mg but the doctor changed it to 50 mg yesterday, i will start the new dose this week. I have a lot of pain in my neck some days, the pain is all over head, right sided, in the palate sometimes, sometimes it is double sided on the temple, sometimes it is at the back of the head, sometimes it is the cheek well the pain is moving all over. On my fist MRI I had a chronic sinusitis and on my blood result I had an infection. they told me it was a respiratory infection. Could you please help me to understand whats going on? Is there a solution? Am I going to live with that for the rest of my life? I tried medications, I tried acupuncture, massage, osteopathe, physiotherapist...pretty much everything, I am a mother of a 2 years old little boy and I would like to get pregnant in the next months, but I am not sure If I can handle everything with the daily headache that I have. Please help me. At the beginning I had anxiety because it is really stressful to live with headaches everything specially when you dont know whats happening to you. Right now, I tried to live it, but it is hard. Please help me thank you!
