What Causes Frequent Headaches And Pain In Wrists?

i keep getting headaches, mostly daily. I also keep getting nasty pains in my wrists. Lastly i seem to regularly get pins and needles, especially when im laying down. My auntie has Rheumatoid arthritis, could it be this? or is it something else? what do i need to do about it?
