What Causes Frequent Headaches With Dizzy Spells?

hi I suffer from frequent headaches in the front of my head, temples. a radiating kind of pain and have been noticing a huge increase in dizzy spells when i stand up, orthostatic hypotension. It comes all the time and takes me quite awhile to right myself? any help?
