What Causes Frequent Liquid Dripping From Right Nostril?

From last one year I have been experiencing water like drip coming out from my right nostril after bending down I also have sinus problems during winter and have been experiencing severe head aches with pain in my facial areas like eyes and under the eyes I haven't consulted a ENT specialist yet plus the liquid which drips is like water no color please advice don't have enough money to pay right now
