What Causes Frequent Migraines And Vomiting Episodes?

ok so i dont know if this is necessarily a question but i do need advice on this issue my fiance has had migraines since she can remember but now she gets them everyday and for the past almost 4 months she has had a severe migraine to the point of puking everyday almost and having to repetedly go to urgent cares and ers to get shots for nausea and the pain from the migraine and they just dont work and neither do the pills shes taking which include imitrex,relpak, topomax, and fiorcets and she has tried several more but nothings working. she has had head cts and mri's with and without contrast she had a spinal tap to make sure her brain wasnt bleeding and all these test keep coming up negative sayin that nothings wrong. she recently had a nerve block done where they numbd her head and gave her injections at several different spots on her head this also did nothing. is there anything u can suggest that may work or is there anything else that it could be besides migraines.
